I am a Licensed Massage Therapist located on Lady's Island, SC. I moved to the Lowcountry from my home state of Indiana in early 2020. Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist in 2015, I spent the last 16 years working in the healthcare field as a Physical Therapist  Assistant (PTA).  Although I no longer work full time in Physical Therapy, my training and experience sets me apart and enables me to better assist my clients in their healing journey, while providing an exceptional massage experience.

I provide a variety of massage modalities to tailor each session to the individual client's needs. Massage Therapy sessions are offered in a quiet, professional setting. I also offer Chair Massage to businesses for employee/client appreciation events. Couples Massage is offered in the privacy and comfort of your own home with advance booking and dependent on availability of second Massage Therapist. Call me for details.

Massage Therapy provides so many benefits to the body and mind.  When someone receives a massage, they simply feel better!  Massage has been proven to reduce pain and muscle fatigue, improve blood and lymph circulation, reduce their stress levels, improve range of motion, reduce joint pain and swelling, alleviate low back pain and headaches, calm nerves, and promote restful sleep just to name a few. 

I  truly believe receiving regular massage can and should be, an important  part of a proactive healthcare regimen.
